Little Brute II

History:    Barbie started pulling in 1986 at the age of 15.  Her father, David Young, and her uncle had a homemade tractor and decided to build a couple of mini's.  David said he would build one if Barbie would drive it and they have been competing ever since.  Her husband, Mike Perry, has been tractor pulling for about 12 years.  After donation some his tractor parts to Little Brute II, he sold what was left of his tractor and started turning wrenches on her tractor.  In 1998, Barbie competed against some of the NTPA Grand National tractors (Pat Jackman, Maine-ly Mini) and finished 3rd at the Northhampton Tri-County Fair.  Barbie was MMTPA points champion in 2004 and 2005.  She is looking forward to the 2006 season with a new 598 ci big block ford to defend her title for the 3rd year in a row.

Tractor info:    New motor in 2003, 460+ ci Ford, solid cam shaft, C-6 transmission, had custom pistons made at a local machine shop because they could not find what they wanted.
