History:
Melissa started pulling in 2004. She started
out driving her father-in-law's tractor Boomer at the end of the 2004 pulling
season. After she had a bit of fun, she asked her husband, Peter,
for her own. Joe and Pete agreed to build Melissa a tractor of her own.
During the spring of 2005, Melissa and Pete built Tractor X. Tractor X
made its debut at the Rehoboth Fair, August 2005. She ran the last half of
the season finishing in 10th place. Melissa ran a full season in 2006,
with lots of breakage, but ended up finishing 5th for the season!

During the spring and summer, Melissa and Pete can usually be found on the
weekends out fishing in their kayaks. During the fall, they love to get
out and hunt. Then comes the cold of winter and ice fishing.
